2024 Year in Review: Wins, Growth, and Gratitude

As we wrap up 2024, we’re taking a moment to reflect on the incredible year we’ve had as a marketing agency. As a small agency by design, we remain steadfast in our mission: artfully and ethically amplifying connections. We help good brands reach the right people.

It is a privilege to partner with our clients and help amplify their reach and connect with customers on new levels. 

In 2024 we saw Leahy BTV unveil their new mascot, host an eclipse party, secure new flights and partnerships with new airlines, start construction on Project NexT, and get voted in the top 5 small airports in America by USA Today (again!). We can’t to continue supporting this client for another 5 years! 

From aged cheeses to culinary creams, our work with Vermont Creamery continues to be a point of pride. From new products to curated recipes, we have enjoyed our work creating and analyzing for such a delicious brand and beating benchmarks. We’re thrilled to be partners on artfully crafted campaigns.

Our client Vermont’s Original Bag Balm celebrated 125 Years! We are proud to have played a role in honoring this historic achievement.

Marking Milestones

  • We celebrated Five Years in Our Cozy Office at 47 Park Street in Essex Junction, VT. Our space isn’t just an office; it’s a hub for creativity, collaboration, and connection.
  • Celebrated our 12th birthday! 
  • Welcomed a NEW BABY to our agency family–welcome Ashton and congrats to Shelby! Growth comes in many forms, and this addition reminds us of the importance of balance and community.

Growth and Performance

  • Year-Over-Year Agency Growth: 45.78% growth—a reflection of our commitment to beating benchmarks and delivering results.
  • Ad Performance: This year, our campaigns generated over 300 million targeted impressions and counting for our clients in 2024, proving that thoughtful strategy and creativity win every time.

Investing in Knowledge

  • Certifications and Training: We expanded our expertise with courses from Adobe, Google, Meta, and Pinterest, and added an Amazon Ads Certification to our belt. Staying curious and on the cutting edge of the marketing landscape is a high priority at Hagan.
  • Attended countless conferences and seminars. We’re always eager to learn. Such as Adweek Media Week and seminars hosted by VBSR, gaining fresh insights and connections to fuel our work.

Making a Difference

  • Green Up Day: Together, we covered 10 miles of roadside cleanup in Vermont, showcasing our commitment to the environment and our community. Together we achieved an offical Guinness Book of World Records.
  • Hosted a Baseball Game Outing to celebrate team achievements and unwind together at the Lake Monster’s.
